Structure of jaw crusher

The frame is a four-wall rigid frame with upper and lower openings. It is used to support the eccentric shaft and bear the reaction force of crushed materials. It requires sufficient strength and rigidity. It is generally cast with cast steel as a whole. The frame of the mainframe needs to be cast in sections, and then firmly connected to the whole with bolts, the casting process is complicated. The frame of the self-made small jaw crusher can also be welded with thick steel plates, but the rigidity is poor.

The fixed and dynamic jaws are composed of the jaw bed and the jaw plate. The jaw plate is the working part and is fixed on the jaw bed with bolts and wedge iron. The fixed jaw bed is the front wall of the frame. The movable jaw bed is suspended on the shaft. It must have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the crushing reaction force, so it is mostly cast steel or cast iron.

The eccentric shaft is the main shaft of the jaw crusher. It is made of high carbon steel due to huge bending and torsional forces. The eccentric part must be finished, heat-treated, and the bearing liner is cast with babbitt alloy. The eccentric shaft is equipped with a pulley at one end and a flywheel at the other end.

The adjusting device has a wedge type, a pad type and a hydraulic type. The wedge type is generally used, which is composed of two front and rear wedge blocks. The front wedge block can move back and forth against the rear push plate; Move, the inclined surfaces of the two wedges fit backward, and the rear wedge is moved up and down by the screw to adjust the size of the discharge port. The adjustment of the outlet of the small jaw crusher is achieved by the increase or decrease of the gasket between the thrust plate support and the frame.

The flywheel of the jaw crusher is used to store the energy during the empty stroke of the jaw, and then used for industrial formation, so that the work of the machine tends to be uniform. The pulley also functions as a flywheel. The flywheel is often made of cast iron or cast steel. The flywheels of minicomputers are often made in one piece, and the flywheels are made. Pay attention to static balance during installation.

Eccentric shaft bearings usually use centralized circulation lubrication. The supporting surfaces of the mandrel and thrust plate are generally lubricated with grease through a manual oil gun. The swing angle of the moving jaw is very small, which makes it difficult to lubricate between the mandrel and the bush. A number of axial oil grooves are often opened at the bottom of the bush, and a ring is opened in the middle to connect it to the oil groove. Then, the oil pump is forced to inject dry butter for lubrication.
