How much does it cost to build a stone factory?

In order to promote the green development of the mining industry and speed up the construction of green mines, the Ministry of Natural Resources released the Green Mine Standards and the National Green Mine Directory. Green environmental protection is an indispensable prerequisite for current stone plant production. This article shares many aspects of budgetary costs to consider when building a stone plant.

01. Engineering costs

Engineering costs consist of construction engineering costs, equipment purchase costs, installation engineering costs, and tools and production equipment purchase costs.

Construction cost

The estimates are mainly based on the equipment's planar layout and site conditions, which are embodied in the following aspects:

02. Equipment purchase cost

The equipment purchase fee refers to the cost of equipment purchase, transportation, and installation. The equipment purchase fee is closely related to the process and equipment configuration.

For example: a new stone plant requires an hourly processing capacity of about 100t. The products are 4 types of stone powder, 12 materials, 16 materials, and 24 materials. The products are mainly used for high-speed railway construction and have material requirements. The raw material is limestone, containing a small amount of clay impurities, and the particle size of the raw material is <500mm.

According to project conditions and requirements, the stone mill's proposed process is: soil removal, coarse crushing, fine crushing, and screening. According to the technological process and technical requirements of the project, the main equipment and the conveying equipment are selected. The equipment configuration of the production line is shown in Figure 1.

03. Environmental protection facility costs

Green environmental protection is an indispensable prerequisite for current stone plant production. Specific environmental protection measures include the installation of dust removal equipment, sealed facilities, environmental greening and so on.

04. Engineering installation costs

Installation cost refers to the electricity, gas, welding rod, equipment rental, communication, test run, processing, and labor costs consumed during the installation process. If there is a contracted item, only the non-contracted costs are accumulated.

05. Purchase cost of tools and production tools

06. Other expenses

With the tightening of environmental protection policies, low-consumption, high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly green sand and gravel factories have become the mainstream of the industry. The construction of a sand and gravel plant needs to consider various aspects of the budget. This article only mentions some of the main budgets, which will depend on the situation.
