High-pressure suspension roller mill is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mining, highway, water conservancy and hydropower industries, and is suitable for processing various non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%. The high-pressure mill is mainly composed of a main engine, a blower, an ultra-fineness analyzer, a finished cyclone powder collector, a bag filter and a connecting duct pipe. In the micro-grinding grinding chamber, the grinding roller assembly is suspended on the grinding roller hanger through the cross-arm shaft, the grinding roller hanger is fixedly coupled with the main shaft and the blade holder, and the pressure spring is tightly pressed by the tension rod in the grinding roller bearing chamber. On the outer end of the cantilever, with the cross-arm shaft as the support point, the spring roller presses the grinding roller tightly on the inner surface of the grinding ring. When the motor rotates through the transmission device, the blade and the grinding roller are mounted on the blade holder. Synchronous rotation, the grinding roller rotates around itself while rolling on the inner surface of the grinding ring, and the analyzer drives the analyzer impeller to rotate through the motor transmission device, and the speed adjustment of the analyzer determines the fineness of the powder.
